The Del E. Webb Center for the Performing Arts (“Webb Center”) respects your privacy and
is committed to protecting personal information provided to us. This statement explains our
policies and practices regarding the use and disclosure of your personal information by the
Webb Center.

Please note that the Webb Center reviews and updates this Privacy Policy from time to time
as needed without notice. Therefore, you should review the terms of this policy periodically
to make sure that you are aware of how the Webb Center collects, uses and discloses
personal information about our customers, prospective customers and visitors to our
website at dewpac.org. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your
personal information by the Webb Center as explained below.

1. Personal Information

You have complete control over your personal information. In general, you can visit our website without providing us with any personal information. However, there are instances where we must have your personal information in order for us to grant you access to our protected and secured sites. This information, provided directly from you, for example through a web form, while establishing an account with us, when making a donation or during checkout when purchasing tickets, may include personal registration data (your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.), information request data and response data (“User Information”). When you receive your confirmation email or when you receive any email from the list server, you will be given instructions on how to remove yourself from the list.

2. Use of Personal User Information

We intend to use such information for the lawful purposes of supporting your relationship
with the Webb Center, including the following:

• To provide you with our products and services, customer service and support, and other relevant information;
• To market our products and services to you, including email and text message subject to your consent;
• To provide our website to you, to optimize our website, and to assist with our advertising and marketing efforts;
• To send you abandoned cart reminders if you added items to your shopping cart, but did not complete the check-out process;
• To comply with the law and to maintain the security of our website; or
• With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time information is collected.

This User Information may be retained by the Webb Center to verify compliance with the agreement between the Webb Center and our business and community partners, to keep track of the domains from which people visit us, to create a user profile to better serve you, or to simply contact you either electronically or otherwise. Please do not submit any User Information if you are less than 18 years of age.

The Webb Center does not sell, trade or transfer User Information to third parties. However,
we may disclose User Information we collect with other parties, in the following instances:

• With your consent or as otherwise disclosed at the time of data collection or sharing.
• With third-party service providers to assist us with providing and marketing our products and services, such as payment processors, data hosting services, analytic services, online store support, advertising partners, and email or text service providers.

We may share information that has been de-identified or aggregated without limitation.

Our website may offer interactive features, such as the ability to leave reviews, that you can use to communicate with other website visitors or to submit and post your own content. If you disclose information in one of these forums, this information can be viewed, collected, and used by others.

4. Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may authorize our advertising partners, such as Genius Monkey, to use cookies and similar technologies on our website to automatically collect certain information from your device, and we may share information about you, your purchases, and your interactions with our website with our advertising partners. 5. Email and Text Message Communications

If you wish to unsubscribe from our email campaigns, please click on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email sent from us. If you opt out of our email marketing, we will still send you messages related to our transactions and relationship with you, such as order confirmations.

If you wish to stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, OPTOUT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any text message sent from us.

6. Updating Your Information and Security

The accuracy and security of the User Information is important to the Webb Center. Currently, you may review, change or request updates to your User Information retained by logging into your account or by calling a Box Office representative at 928-684-6624.

If you contact us to correct your User Information, we will attempt to correct such inaccuracies in a timely manner. The Webb Center is concerned with the security of your User Information and is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access and use of that personal information. To that end, we put in place the appropriate physical, electronic and managerial policies and procedures to secure your personal User Information. We also continue to implement procedures to maintain accurate, complete and current User Information.

7. Usernames and Passwords

Access to certain content on our website will require a username and/or password. In some cases, failure to provide personal information may prevent you from accessing certain Webb Center website(s) containing certain confidential information, products, services, or promotional offers. By accessing and using our protected and secured web site(s), you agree to maintain the confidentiality of the username and password you selected to access such site(s) and consent to our Terms of Use.

8. Cookies

The Webb Center uses “cookies”. A cookie is a small data file that a web site can transfer to a visitor’s hard drive to keep records of the visits to such site.
