Purchasing Tickets
Tickets may be purchased online, by phone, or through the Webb Center Box Office. To ensure your tickets are valid and you’re receiving the best available price, always purchase directly through the Webb Center website or Box Office.
Exchanges & Refunds
All ticket sales are final.
If your plans change, tickets may be exchanged for another performance in the same season, subject to availability, if requested at least 48 hours before the event. Tickets may also be donated back to the Webb Center as a tax-deductible contribution.
All dates and artists are subject to change. If a performance is canceled, ticket holders may choose a refund or account credit for the ticket price (excluding service fees).
If you are not feeling well or exhibiting flu-like symptoms please stay home. You may call the Box Office to exchange your tickets for another show this season or request a refund.
Late Arrival
The John and Lynne Boyer Atrium opens one hour before each performance, giving you plenty of time to settle in before the show. Theater seating begins approximately 30 minutes before curtain.
If you’re running late, don’t worry. Our House Manager will seat you at the first appropriate pause in the performance. To avoid disrupting the artists and fellow guests, late seating may be in seats other than those printed on your ticket.
Children & Youth
All guests, regardless of age, require a ticket.
Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult and able to remain seated throughout the performance. Babies and children under age 2 are not admitted to Webb Center Presents performances unless otherwise noted.
Lost Ticket Policies
Lost your tickets? No problem. The Box Office can reprint tickets at no charge with a valid photo ID.
Will Call
Will Call is located inside the theater lobby and opens one hour before each performance. Please have a photo ID available when picking up your tickets.
